Business Analyst

At least 5 years experience in business analysis
Experience Business Process Management and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
At least 3 years experience developing test cases and leading quality assurance
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills is necessary
Team lead and business intelligence experience would be considered an asset

Software Developer

At least 5 years recent experience with develop thin client web-based solutions
At least 3 years experience developing in PHP 4 and 5
At least 2 years experience developing in JavaScript, HTML and XML
At least 2 years recent experience in developing solutions using Apache and MySQL
Experience in open source development tools and products would be considered an asset
